The Rundown
This is how we do it
STEP 1: STRATEGY FORM
To start, we'll send you a comprehensive Strategy Form so that we can get to know you more. (2 weeks)
STEP 2: AUDIT + COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
We then conduct a thorough Audit of your online reputation, along with a detective-style Competitive Analysis. (1 week)
STEP 3: STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Based on your Strategy Form, we'll develop a tailored Strategy just for you. Everything from posting cadence, to your Vibe3, to your content pillars, KPIs, audience breakdown, and more. (1 week)
STEP 4: BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Once your Strategy is approved, we'll begin your Brand Development, including your bios, creative and messaging strategy, Canva templates, 6-month Content Calendar Outline, and we'll set up your profiles for you. (1.5-2 weeks)
STEP 5: SOCIAL MEDIA 101
By now, you'll have your Strategy and all the tools you need to launch, but we'll give you more: Social Media 101. You'll be provided with training and best practices on how to take these resources and manage your social media yourself. (1 week)
STEP 6: POST-LAUNCH CHECK IN
Three check in meetings will be scheduled post-launch. The intent is to have a few regular meeting points with our team to ensure that you're on the right track. We recommend 2 weeks out, 4-6 weeks out, and 1-2 months out.
